- We ensure that Zakat funds are strictly distributed to eligible recipients (Asnaf) as per Shariah guidelines.
- Sadaqah and General Donations will be used for administrative costs or specific community projects as mentioned in the project description.

Help Point is committed to 100% transparency. We reserve the right to publish general reports regarding project outcomes. However, the identity of the donors and recipients will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

05 Refund Policy
